Dave Haggarty is an exceptional person and is very trusting I have bought 3 of his demo trucks, just purchasing another one last week. The trucks are always clean and have upgrades, he always treats me exceptionally well. Harshaan is also one of the best. He is the reason I started going to Team Toyota, and 8 cars later here we are still coming back. I called him first and then Dave returned my call and as always kept his word and I will continue to come back as long as they are there. Jeremy Wood also a great man of his word who helped me.

Everyone is very nice and goes above and beyond to help you with anything you need. When you walk thru the door. They make you feel like you are walking thru the door of a family members home. That’s having a get together with everyone excited about you showing up. I definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle or getting service from them. Definitely give Team Toyota a try. Maria for a car and Jonathan for service. But even if you don’t get one of them the whole team that I have had the pleasure of dealing with have all been amazing!!

Just purchased a 2025 6th Gen 4Runner from these guys and couldn’t be happier. Maria was absolutely excellent and was very patient with me until I came to my decision. Communication was great and she was very transparent— she did not perpetuate the “evil car salesman” stigma at all. Management worked with me to get the numbers that we were all comfortable with and I drove out of there less than a week later with my dream vehicle. I had a very positive experience with everyone at Team Toyota and at every step of the process of leasing a car. I love the idea of working with a "team". Maria Rincon was my "point person" and my salesperson. She was professional and personable from the start. Smart, , encouraging and always patient. She was on top of everything and very clear with her communication. Then I worked with John on the details of the contract and the financials. He was thorough with the explanations and always patient when I asked questions - even when it was the same question. And lastly, Tony was in charge of the test drive. He was a delight! I just bought my daughter a Limited 4 Runner from Maria and am beyond thrilled with my experience. She was amazing to work with! I explained my situation and she went completely above and beyond what I would expect a sales associate to do. I am forever grateful that her kindness was able to help relieve my car buying anxiety and I could surprise my daughter with her new car like I was hoping to. She also did not give up on this sale. We were looking all over for this car because it was hard to find, so we had feelers all over with a few dealers. She ended up getting the sale and beating out all the other dealers because she actually was the one who didn't give up on us and kept on top of it and found it for us. We never hear back from the other dealers. I've already highly recommended her to a friend of mine looking for a car for their daughter. She's honest and extremely hard working. Team Toyota is lucky to have a gem of a person working there! Nick in the finance department was great to work with as well. He explained everything very clearly and was very personable. I took my 2024 vehicle in for routine maintenance. My service representative Dana, was very good. She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and answerd all my questions. My vehicle was ready in a timely manner. I recently bought a 2024 Venza. I was very happy with the assistance provided by Sales representative Austin Reid. Austin was courteous and knowledgeable. The showroom and Service area in Glen Mills, PA is very nice. I look forward to a good relationship with Toyota.

Bought from Team 11 years ago and had a great experience so returned in April and purchased another Corolla. I am a senior woman buying on her own and both times have felt very comfortable. Rob the sales person assisted by Ryan was great. Definitely recommend this dealership and Toyota cars.

Dealing with Jeff L was an absolute delight, sometimes you have very inpatient customers who are always asking a lot. I was one of them. Jeff on the other hand is one who provided all the information possible in order to satisfy my questions. So nice knowing you have a Sales Advocate working with you and also for Team Toyota. I recently went to Team Toyota in hopes of trading in my vehicle for a newer car. Even though I ended up buying from another dealership, I just wanted to commend the used sales department at Toyota’s Glenn Mills location, especially Edwin Velasco (the sales rep who worked with me) and their sales manager. Edwin said he had only been there a few months, but my parents and I were both incredibly impressed with him. He was not only personable but also very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles and what Toyota had to offer. He was attentive and very patient with me, even when I test drove quite a few vehicles over several different days and he truly seemed to care about making sure I got the vehicle that was best for me at the end of the day. Thank you again, Team Toyota and Edwin! We will definitely keep you guys in mind for the future.

This team is absolutely incredible---I could not have done this without the help of my sales rep Rich Kearney and the rest of Team Toyota. I'll be honest, as a young first-time car buyer who's still building finances, I was apprehensive about getting rejected or scammed from a dealership. My situation was also not traditional and left my options limited: I needed a vehicle immediately, but didn't have the check for the down payment available for a week. Not only did this team manage to make a check hold work out, they gave me an incredible value on my trade-ins that allowed me to get approved, and kept me in my budget with extended service plan options. I got to drive home with my vehicle while still having the peace of mind that both my finances and essential transportation wouldn't be affected. Will definitely be referring my community here in the future!
