I have been going to different Toyota dealers for more than 10 years. Mike Stover is the best service professional I've worked with. Toyota, you should seriously consider giving him a raise--a GOOD raise. And we all know what a GOOD raise it, and it's not 1%. Don't just consider giving him a raise; do it. Make it happen because he is extremely valuable. I could see and feel in my heart that he was offering me honest advice and not trying to upsell unnecessary repairs.

I wanted to take some time to commend one of the salesman, Rich. I was on a hunt for a new car but made it clear I would be stopping at multiple dealerships. Not once, did Rich pressure me into buying a vehicle and/or try to change my mind. Instead, he wanted me to find the best vehicle suited for me. Because of his transparency, kind words, and knowledge, I actually came back later in the day to purchase a Toyota Corolla, which is not what I came in for earlier in the day. This was the vehicle that was best suited for me, I just had to weigh my options. From beginning to end, Rich made purchasing a new car very far from a hassle. Instead, it was stress free, exciting, and I left the dealership as happy as I possibly could be. He is an example of what a great car salesman is, and I couldn't thank him more for my top tier experience. I am so thankful.
