Although buying or leasing a car is a time consuming experience your people made it very pleasant. One of the best car leasing experiences we have ever had!! Keep up the good work.

I have been going to different Toyota dealers for more than 10 years. Mike Stover is the best service professional I've worked with. Toyota, you should seriously consider giving him a raise--a GOOD raise. And we all know what a GOOD raise it, and it's not 1%. Don't just consider giving him a raise; do it. Make it happen because he is extremely valuable. I could see and feel in my heart that he was offering me honest advice and not trying to upsell unnecessary repairs.
