Tony is an absolute gem, and I’m so glad that I was able to work with him. I can’t overstate how much I recommend Team Toyota if you’re on the market. I didn’t spend a lot of money, as I hold to a strict budget, and I never felt like I was being treated differently or being valued less. Extremely happy with my new Tundra and will be back as soon as my wife needs a new vehicle.

My vehicle was ready in a timely manner. I recently bought a 2024 Venza. I was very happy with the assistance provided by Sales representative Austin Reid. Austin was courteous and knowledgeable. Easy, fast professional service.

Buying a vehicle was made easy. Our sales agent was kind, knowledgable and flexable.

They have the common dealership service department system. The service writer ( euphemistically titled service advisor) produces the repair order (r.o.) that gets the work done. I asked to have the tire pressures adjusted and balanced, twice. Once when a damaged tire was replaced, which they didn't do, and subsequently at an oil change. The advisor hand wrote it on the RO but when I checked my app, it didn't look like the work was done correctly if at all. This is typical of what to expect from dealership service departments. There's no substitute for a real mechanic. The wrench turners working at dealership service departments won't find or fix a problem you identified without going through hoops, involving multiple visits. These guys are no better than and no worse than other dealerships. Their problem isn't the personnel, it's the system.

After my car accident, the Collision Center was very informative and easy to communicate with. The repairs were perfect. When I picked up my car, it was freshly detailed. It looked like a new car. Exceeded my expectations.
