First time using the the dealership for service. Service members were friendly and helpful. Steve was honest about the wait time when I checked in so there were no surprises about it taking a while. Best part was that the vehicle was ready before the time he promised. Was even able to pick it up after hours using the kiosk in the vestibule

GRADE A TOP NOTCH DEALERSHIP! Other dealerships need to take a page out of their book. This dealership is a fine oiled machine! Purchased a used truck from Garnett. The truck wasn’t exactly what I wanted but with Garnetts ability to work with me made purchasing it easy. Garnett is the best salesman I’ve ever worked with! The GM Dan was a straight shooter and easy to deal with to close a deal. His leadership has created a great environment which clearly has resulted in great sales personal. The finance department was easy to deal with and has a modern monitor to easily view all forms before signing. If you’re looking for a Toyota or any used car don’t go anywhere else but this dealership. I’ve been to several others dealers to include Faulkner and Sloan who are absolutely terrible and have no business selling vehicles.

I had placed an order for a hard to get 2025 Grand Highlander Limited Hybrid SUV with Jeff Levin. He communicated well over the 2 1/2 month period between leaving a deposit, test driving, and then purchasing the car. He was a professional and not a stereotypical car salesman. My husband and I were happy with the process.

Best and easiest car buying experience ever! Rich and Torin were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with the entire process from test drive, sale, and financing. I appreciated the fact that all departments were at the same location. I had been looking at all kinds of cars from all kinds of places, but I kept coming back to Team Toyota and I'm very glad I did. Dave Haggarty is an exceptional person and is very trusting I have bought 3 of his demo trucks, just purchasing another one last week. The trucks are always clean and have upgrades, he always treats me exceptionally well. Harshaan is also one of the best. He is the reason I started going to Team Toyota, and 8 cars later here we are still coming back. I called him first and then Dave returned my call and as always kept his word and I will continue to come back as long as they are there. Jeremy Wood also a great man of his word who helped me.

I had a very positive experience with everyone at Team Toyota and at every step of the process of leasing a car. I love the idea of working with a "team". Maria Rincon was my "point person" and my salesperson. She was professional and personable from the start. Smart, , encouraging and always patient. She was on top of everything and very clear with her communication. Then I worked with John on the details of the contract and the financials. He was thorough with the explanations and always patient when I asked questions - even when it was the same question. And lastly, Tony was in charge of the test drive. He was a delight! I just bought my daughter a Limited 4 Runner from Maria and am beyond thrilled with my experience. She was amazing to work with! I explained my situation and she went completely above and beyond what I would expect a sales associate to do. I am forever grateful that her kindness was able to help relieve my car buying anxiety and I could surprise my daughter with her new car like I was hoping to. She also did not give up on this sale. We were looking all over for this car because it was hard to find, so we had feelers all over with a few dealers. She ended up getting the sale and beating out all the other dealers because she actually was the one who didn't give up on us and kept on top of it and found it for us. We never hear back from the other dealers. I've already highly recommended her to a friend of mine looking for a car for their daughter. She's honest and extremely hard working. Team Toyota is lucky to have a gem of a person working there! Nick in the finance department was great to work with as well. He explained everything very clearly and was very personable. Honestly, the whole team at Glen Mills Toyota was fantastic. It did take a bit longer than I anticipated though, however, I did have a trade in and I’m from out of state. Tony Gott was kind enough to rearrange his personal day and came in to assist me with a 4Runner that I had inquired about. I really appreciated that and it really shows his dedication. Everyone spoke to and treated me with care and respect, unlike other dealerships I’ve dealt with where they’ve asked about my husband and his opinion too many times. Not a single person here did that which is refreshing, especially since I look much younger than I actually am. They were fair with pricing and my trade in value. The upsells were minimal and they didn’t try to haggle me. I definitely recommend this dealership through and through.
