From start to finish this dealership exceeded all of my expectations and for the first time ever I left happy with my experience because typically it’s been the worst experience ever in the past with other dealerships. I really can’t say enough good things about this establishment if you’re in the market for a New vehicle don’t hesitate to seek out Maria Rincon she was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and responded to me on her days off instantly. Now for the best part AFTER I bought my Toyota Tacoma I had a few questions that slipped my mind and Maria still answered me instantly on her day off. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and her profession. This is a 10 star dealership.

Well after my last car purchase, I didn't expect to be making a trade so soon. But since I did, I'm glad I did this with Team Toyota. Why? Well, the most important thing for me is the access to maintenance and service. Being able to use door to door service for a nominal fee, that means everything to me. I'm disabled and also immunocompromised so I can't be in waiting rooms hanging round or taking ride shares. This is key for me. In a worst case scenario I could always drive there and rent a car until service was done. This is also very valuable to me, I need to have a car available for doc appointments and just to keep my sanity by going out for drives as I'm able to do so. Second most important thing is to have a reliable vehicle and be able to get service in a timely manner. Without that support, the product is really meaningless. I have been a Team/Carousel customer for a very long time. I've never had an issue with their service department, they have always been straight with me. My last visit is what prompted me to consider abandoning my newly acquired vehicle for a Toyota. They are about 2.5 miles each way from home. When I needed to rent a car, Karen in the rental area was helping me out and she was a very nice person to do business with and was very accommodating to be sure the rental would work for me while my vehicle was in for service. I decided to ask about a Tacoma, and got the ability to work with Maria. She's truly amazing. She took the time out of her day to show me what I wanted to see, helped me understand features and whatnot, but also put together a package that I could accept and move forward with. She got everything prepared as she promised to do, had everything ready to go, and was able to make my time at the dealership quick and easy. In and out. Such a blessing! She also briefed Corey in finance about my desire to move through things quickly, and that happened too. Have had the pleasure of dealing with Corey in the past, a really nice guy! Anyway, Maria helped to bring things full circle! She offers her assistance after the sale if needed, and she is honest with the transaction - she presented full transparency with pricing and didn't waste my time with back and forth nonsense. I will recommend Team, yes. And for a sales person/customer rep, I'd definitely recommend Maria. Ask for her, she's going to help you and take the time to listen to your needs and what you are looking to accomplish. I know, she did this for me! Great job Maria, Karen, Corey, and also the service department for my recent repair and recall on my 2020 RAV4 hybrid.

Today I had the pleasure of working with Rich Kearney on the purchase of our 2015 Sienna. We had been considering other vans, but Rich’s emails and professional pushed me to consider this van again. I asked for more photos as there weren’t any detailed photos online. He did even better and sent me a 7 minute video of the van showing all imperfections. I got there and the van was exactly as he pointed out in the video. He was great to work with in person as was everyone else I dealt with. They went above and beyond. I’ve bought a lot of cars and this is one of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. Highly recommend Rich and Team of Glen Mills.

Jeff Levin helped us with our purchase of a new Land Cruiser. Low pressure, clear out the door pricing. Offered a few extended warranties but no hard sale. Very thorough explaining the features to us. Overall a very positive experience. I would recommend Team Toyota and Jeff Levin to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Some of the best service I’ve received. The staff was very friendly and kept me up to date in the status of my vehicle. I’d like to note Steve was incredibly friendly and welcoming for my first visit. Jon also did a great job explaining what needed to be done with my vehicle. Honestly and friendly service will definitely return here instead of my home dealer for future service. Edit: Still excellent service here! Everyone is so patient and kind here. I literally drive 40 mins out of the way to come to this dealership 10/10 service every time!

Went into Team Toyota today and had a great experience! Ellie was really great to work with, especially helpful because I haven’t shopped for a car in 9 years, and this was my first time financing. I got a really fair deal for my 2014 Mazda, and a great price (and rate!) on my new Toyota Tacoma. Nick in the finance department was awesome too. The whole experience was fun and comfortable, didn’t feel pressured to buy, but the deal was just right and I got to drive out with my truck same day. Thanks Team Toyota!
