I wanted to wait a little bit to leave a review. It has been six weeks since we bought our used F150 from Team Toyota and I have to say I have not had a better experience with sales ever before. We worked together to make a deal that worked for us and took the truck home. About three weeks later halfway through our road trip the truck broke down and wouldn’t start. In the small town of Sarcoxie, MO was a ford dealer that was able to help us repair the truck. Unfortunately the basic used car warranty did not cover the repairs so we paid for them. While we did have to change some plans for our trip, we made the best of it. Once we got back to town, I contacted Team Toyota and they stood by their product even though they were not obligated to. We found exactly the truck we wanted and the dealer that would stand by what they sell. Thank you Team Toyota and Rich, Dan, and Jack. You will always have my recommendation.

Service is the worst. Had been going to Team Toyota for years! Recently went in for AC service 4 times still AC is not fixed. Was told this part is leaking and need replaced. Approved. Picked up car and still didn't fix the issue. Went back again told another part replacement is needed. Why wasn't I told that in the first place? Called and left numerous messages for the service manager no return calls! UPDATE: Bill, service manager called me back. Bill was very apologetic and admitted there is a liability on their end. He was very wiling to work with me. Came to a resolution in a very polite and utmost professional manner. With everyone whom I spoke to, Bill was the only one who showed me he cares. Thank you Bill for your understanding and your willingness to resolve this issue.
