We purchased a used Toyota RAV4 from Team Toyota last year, and I never had the opportunity to leave the feedback they deserved. From the beginning, the customer service was friendly, polite, and professional. We had a great experience working with Alex. There was a small issue with the vehicle after the purchase, but they took care of it, and my wife and I are still very happy with our RAV4. What impressed me even more happened almost a year later. When we purchased the vehicle, we left with only one key and never found the time to go back for the second one. Nearly a year later, I contacted them, and Team Toyota still honored their commitment and provided us with the second key. That says a lot about a dealership and how they stand behind their customers even long after the sale is completed. We are extremely happy and thankful. A special thank you to Alex and to all the employees at Team Toyota for the excellent service, professionalism, and for taking care of us even a year after our purchase. That’s the kind of customer service people remember and appreciate!

Good experience working with the personnel at Team Toyota, mainly Alex our salesman and two sales managers briefly. Alex was very informed in the Rav 4 and worked hard to train me on the operation of the car. Ordering process was easy and the car was delivered within the expected timeframe. I believe I received a fair price on my trade in as well.

I worked with Duane and Harshaan, and both were excellent. While the typical wait time for a new Sienna is 2–6 months, they managed to deliver mine in about 2 weeks. This dealership excels across every department — highly recommend !

Mike Amoroso, my service adviser, was professional, knowledgable, and communicated very well throughout the entire process. He made everything easy and stress-free . Tony was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process and I cannot say more about his knowledge and professionalism. He listened to what I was looking for and we made the purchase happen.
