Please note that this review reflects my experience with the sales department, as I haven’t yet used the service or parts departments. I had a great experience from putting a deposit down to closing out the deal! Salesman Tony was a timely and effective communicator, who kept me updated on the status of my car as it was shipped and delivered. He honored my special requests and connected me with one of his highly experienced title clerks. The clerk was great and clearly understood the ins and outs of processing Delaware registration paperwork to make sure that I kept my black and white tag. Overall, the process was easy, and I’ll be keeping Team Toyota in mind for my next car purchase! Thank you, Tony and Team!

Rob in sales was extremely knowledgeable about Toyota’s history and technology and took the time to show me all the nuances of owning a new Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid! Going from an old 2007 minivan to a 2026 vehicle I was ages away and he was so patient, kind and understanding. Nick in Finance was great as well. We were surprisingly in and out in about 2 hours with the whole buying experience. I love my new Toyota. She drives so smoothly! Here’s to next 20 years with SMURFette! 😀

For the first time, buying a vehicle was an excellent experience! Normally, we don't enjoy the process of buying a car for a variety of reasons that I'm sure others have experienced too. But Team Toyota of Glen Mills and specifically Rich made us comfortable and confident throughout the purchase. Rich is by far the most honest, transparent, down-to-earth, helpful car salesman I have ever interacted with (and in the search for our CPO Sienna we interacted with 9 different dealerships and even more salespeople). He went above and beyond in multiple ways to make sure we received the information and accommodations that we wanted, and was always gracious, polite, and reasonable. All others we interacted with - from the financial team to managers to service - were incredibly professional and helpful, answering any and all questions with absolute patience. I have already recommended Team Toyota of Glen Mills to family and friends and would not hesitate to do all future service and business with them, especially Rich.
