Rob in sales was extremely knowledgeable about Toyota’s history and technology and took the time to show me all the nuances of owning a new Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid! Going from an old 2007 minivan to a 2026 vehicle I was ages away and he was so patient, kind and understanding. Nick in Finance was great as well. We were surprisingly in and out in about 2 hours with the whole buying experience. I love my new Toyota. She drives so smoothly! Here’s to next 20 years with SMURFette! 😀

Please note that this review reflects my experience with the sales department, as I haven’t yet used the service or parts departments. I had a great experience from putting a deposit down to closing out the deal! Salesman Tony was a timely and effective communicator, who kept me updated on the status of my car as it was shipped and delivered. He honored my special requests and connected me with one of his highly experienced title clerks. The clerk was great and clearly understood the ins and outs of processing Delaware registration paperwork to make sure that I kept my black and white tag. Overall, the process was easy, and I’ll be keeping Team Toyota in mind for my next car purchase! Thank you, Tony and Team!

The sales person I had the pleasure of meeting was Ellie. She was amazing! So patient. She wasn't pushy at all and made me feel in control of what I wanted and bought. Also the financial advisor Maria was just the same. She explained everything to me and answered all my many questions. I had a very enjoyable experience!
