But Team Toyota of Glen Mills and specifically Rich made us comfortable and confident throughout the purchase. Rich is by far the most honest, transparent, down-to-earth, helpful car salesman I have ever interacted with (and in the search for our CPO Sienna we interacted with 9 different dealerships and even more salespeople).
