I never felt rushed or pressured, he took the time to answer all my questions and walked me through everything step by step. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and wants the best for them. He was all-in from start to finish and I truly appreciate that. The finance manager, Nick, was also very nice and professional. He explained the paperwork clearly and made the process feel much less stressful. In November, my husband told me to find a car I wanted and that would be my Christmas gift. I spent days doing my homework and settled on the Grand Highlander. I never had a Toyota but was so impressed with everything I read about their cars. I absolutely love my car! Everyone at Team Toyota Glen Mills is so welcoming and friendly. Our salesman, Ryan, is the best! He kept me informed as to the status of the vehicle while in transit to Glen Mills. He explained all the buttons inside the car....and there are a lot of them! At the signing of paperwork, Corey was friendly and so much fun to talk with. The entire experience was perfect.

Unlike other dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past, the vibe here was completely different—everyone was so incredibly nice, welcoming, and communicative from the second I called! A massive thank you to Jovani in sales. He was the definition of transparent and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. There were no games or typical 'dealership' pressure; just honest, clear communication that made the long drive totally worth it. Duane Schleppenbach is the best sales person I ever met. Personable, knowledgeable, honest and to the point. I’m 66 so I’ve purchase many cars. The last 4 I bought from Duane and I recommend him to others. The finance team was good too. If you know what you want you can be in and out with a new car pretty quickly. You will leave there feeling really good about your purchase where other dealers you might feel you have been taken advantage of. I drive 2 hours to buy a car from Duane at Team Toyota of Glen Mills so I obviously highly recommend him and his Team.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Rich and Rick over at the team. I was previously dealing with kelly toyota over in hamburg who massively dropped the ball. I was so frustrated with them I called in to rick on Tuesday telling him exactly what I was looking for, not expecting much. Little did i know he actually had a truck that was even better.
