Today I had the pleasure of working with Rich Kearney on the purchase of our 2015 Sienna. We had been considering other vans, but Rich’s emails and professional pushed me to consider this van again. I asked for more photos as there weren’t any detailed photos online. He did even better and sent me a 7 minute video of the van showing all imperfections. I got there and the van was exactly as he pointed out in the video. He was great to work with in person as was everyone else I dealt with. They went above and beyond. I’ve bought a lot of cars and this is one of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. Highly recommend Rich and Team of Glen Mills.

Luis was amazing at helping me get the specific 4 runner I wanted including the trim and color . Most other dealerships were trying to sell me whatever they had on their lot while Luis tailored the sale of my 4 runner to the exact specifications I wanted !! I couldn’t be happier with my new SUV !!

Was super patient & even made it fun for my 4 year old through all the paper work process which was HUGE! Even the finance department made their part an easy & smooth process. Came back two days later and Rich helped me out with key fob stuff and a download. I also don't remember her name but the receptionist was very friendly and professional. My sales person maria was outstanding. Personable confident without being aggressive or pushy. However, the business manager when trying to sell me an ad on warranty.A essentially called me dumb and stupid for not taking it.I was obviously insulted and very unhappy with the way he talked to me.It was a sour note on an otherwise good experience
