Toyota, you should seriously consider giving him a raise--a GOOD raise. And we all know what a GOOD raise it, and it's not 1%. Don't just consider giving him a raise; do it. Make it happen because he is extremely valuable. I could see and feel in my heart that he was offering me honest advice and not trying to upsell unnecessary repairs.
