What soured me a little bit is when they promised me a $50.00 gift certificate for taking a test drive, but never delivered. I texted the salesperson twice and even stopped by and spoke to the sales manager in person. All three times they promised me it’d be in the email. It has been three weeks, yet nothing. The sales experience was good, and I’d buy from them again if the price was right, but I’d be wary of any promotions or promises they make. Update - the customer service representative reached out to me and made things correct. There was a fine print rule that no one communicated with me (no more than 1 gift certificate in 24 month). This should have been communicated at first, and did not require all my attempts to resolve this. Updated to 4 stars. ”
