Lied after lie to my brother. First, lied regarding the finance rate. Guaranteed him a low rate (3%) via a credit union they specifically named to match the rate he received by another credit union he was going to use. Halfway through signing the papers the finance person tells him the finance was via Toyota and claimed he knew nothing about the credit union that they specifically told my brother they were using. Can you say bait and switch? And, the rate was now 4.5%.He was ready to walk until they lowered the rate. But, in doing so, they did THREE HARD HITS to his credit, which lowered his 800+ credit score. He did not give permission to run the TWO ADDITIONAL HARD HITS to his credit. If you have more than two hard hits per year, it is a signal that you are out there trying to get big credit lines. That lowers your score and desirability to lenders. They were only to do ONE hard hit, as it was clearly stated by my brother that he was only willing to use the credit union they specifically named.Secondly, they did not service the vehicle as stated prior to putting it up for sale. All they did was change the oil and lied about the rest. Check out there Yelp reviews, they speak for themselves! Don't waste one second with this organization, you'll regret it!FYI: My brother financed the vehicle less than one month ago with the credit union they finally used after he said he was going to walk. He is going in today to pay off the loan in full and explain to the credit union what happened and why they lost a 70+ month loan. He’d rather take the funds from his savaings then give either of them any business. Good for him and not real good for their credit union. Hopefully they will contact Team Toyota to offer a BIG thank you for losing a brand new customer due to their lack of ethics!

I had my ride serviced once at a different dealership because it was closer to my house. So not impressed and was made to feel as if I knew nothing. So I make the drive to TEAM now!

My wife and I just purchased a 2016 Sienna LE. We live over an hour away in NJ, but it was well worth the drive down. Made a cold call into the dealer after stopping at Team's location on a Sunday afternoon to check out the cars. I spoke to Aric Leddy. Had a nice conversation and came by the following Thursday. I was sold on his no pressure attitude, answering lots of questions and taking a ride in the car I would buy. Sales manager Dan was very nice and so was Finance. I was very very pleased with the whole process. Loving my new Corolla. Great Team (no pun intended there!).

Everything usually goes very smoothly at Team Toyota. The staff are very polite, professional, and thorough. Invoices are very clear and easy to understand. Future repair issues are discussed and planned for. Lastly, they keep good records about your warranty and service coverage so it is clear what repairs and services are covered. Part of the reason I decided on staying with a Toyota is that I like the way this particular dealership operates.

Kamran, Shannon and the rest of the staff at Team Toyota at Glen Mills, ... My experience with Kamran and rest of the Glen Mills staff was outstanding!! I was able to pick up a great vehicle ('09 Toyota Highlander), at a great price and everyone from the sales, general manager and finance dept. were great during the whole process. When I ask to view the timing cover, they called to the service department and made a lift available with no hesitation! I will have no reservations recommending you to all of my family and friends! Your staff made this purchase so easy, the only thing I had to do is get the vehicle inspected in Maryland and email you the certificate ... and my tags will be in the mail, saving me a trip to the dreaded Maryland MVA, THANK YOU!! I couldn't ask for a more courteous and friendly staff while purchasing a vehicle! You all were great!

I have a RAV4 that had a recall for oil consumption. It was 10 years or 150,000 miles whatever came first. When my oil light came on I brought my car into Team Toyota to find the warranty ended 21 days prior and they would no longer honor their recall. We have purchased 5 Toyotas and they would not offer an extension for 21 stinking days. Bottom line it will cost me thousands to fix the oil consumption problem. The sad part they lost a loyal customer.

Only reason I am giving 2 stars is 1 for Domenic and 1 for AJ in the service department. Domenic has been very apologetic and helpful but is limited with how the problem can be resolved. Came to this dealership because of location but will not come here for service again. I get a new Toyota every 3-4 years and have always received exceptional hassle free service at my dealership. So I will be sticking with them. �

Team Toyota took very good care of us after being in a car accident. The car was actually towed to Langhorne for the repairs. It took a long time to have the work completed, but there was a lot to fix. They were great about keeping me informed every step of the way in the process; which was really appreciated. They even shined up some mishaps from the body. My car looked brand new. Thanks for a very satisfactory experience. I would take my car there for repairs in a heart beat.

Took my truck in for service. Mechanics used a screw driver to pry off the rims on my brand new 4Runner, scratching all four rims. Their solution was a half fast back-of box truck repair guy instead of honoring warranty for replacement from the factory. STAY AWAY.

I bought a 2008 Lexus IS250 from team Toyota at the end of February 2016. I was told that this is a very reliable car and I will have no issues with it. This car has been nothing but problems. here's a list of stuff that went wrong on it in 7 months. -Both headlight bulbs went out after purchase -Driver rear caliper got stuck had to get new rotors and pads -passenger window broke had to get glass replaced -Ecu computer (begged insurance to cover it)-passenger airbag sensor (begged insurance to cover thankfully because it's a $3k fix... -now my rear passenger caliper is sticking and they want me to pay for it.I got a call from the deanship saying that they will replace the brakes and we can split it 50/50. So I'm hoping that they will actually fix the issue. NO! I get a report back says what they did and it says "rear brakes replaced front calipers seized unsafe to drive".... Unsafe to drive?? I thought I was going in to get this problem fixed and get a solution to why this keeps happening?!?!?!?!No I'm trying to sell the car back to team and they will give me $6500 on a car that I paid over $10k 7 months ago!!!! So if I want to get another AWD sedan from them I would end up paying $500 a month!!! First time car buyers beware!!!! They took compete advantage of the fact that I was a new first time car buyer who was by myself and gave me a unreliable piece of shit.... They knew exaclty what I can afford and $100+ex in bs repairs every month with a $329 car payment is bullshit.Team Toyota you sold me a lemon...If you are a new car buyer stay away from this place they just want your wallet....

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. Never, ever, EVER give your hard earned money to this company. I tried to sell back my Toyota to them. The Used Car Sales Manager, Rick Chila, is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. He not only stormed out of the room when he learned that we still had a loan on the car we were selling back, because he had to do extra paperwork, but he then called my husband a PIECE OF SH*T and threw papers at him and told him "He's not buying our F*CKING car anymore" when he learned we only had 1 key. The next day, my husband spoke with Lisa who admitted that Rick was already a problem employee, not really surprised that we had a complaint about Rick, but after she heard what actually happened, she was flabbergasted. They "handled the problem internally" per the Sales Manager, Jeff Kenney, who was rather annoyed that I called to follow up on the incident. Steve Larsen, Sales Manager of New Cars, admitted day of the event that Rick did in fact call my husband a piece of sh*t, he tried to diffuse the situation, by sayingthat Rick and he "butted heads" as if we were just to blame as Rick was. No, not the case at all, Steve. Rick was completely out of line. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They obviously do not care about their customers and think they can treat people like garbage. Toyota obviously has great cars, buy your car anywhere else but here.

If you need to buy a gently used car, buy it from Mike Palombi (salesman) and Dave Haggarty (sales manager) with help from Joe Krupiak (service manager). Such a positive experience all around. Great deal, love the car, professional people. Thanks guys � (Bought a blue Sienna to replace the blue Sienna I drove for 10 yrs - after buying it used! 183,000 mi!). Biggest incentive to buy another Toyota was that I trust the service department. They have taken great care of my car for 10 yrs and Im looking for another 10 out of this car! Buying here was a no-brainer - polite, honest people who presented a very good deal.

I have had my last two cars have their major service intervals performed here. This last time, I called to have a 60,000 mile service done but was pushed off 2 weeks to schedule my appointment. Due to this, my 2012 Prius C had 60,600 miles at the time of service. During the checkup, a small leak was discovered at the timing chain cover. This leak was not addressed and only mentioned as "future recommended work." I questioned this as it should have been covered under the 60,000 powertrain warranty. The service group agreed but they didn't perform the work because I was over the 60,000 mile mark. After going back and forth on this, they offered to pay for half of the repair but that I would still have to pay for the other $1200 myself. Even after weeks of conversations with their leadership/corporate Toyota, they would not repair the vehicle under warranty. This is disappointing that they would not stand behind their product when I tried to schedule before 60,000 miles but was pushed off by their service group. For $600 true cost, they have lost a customer.

Let me describe the background here.. I am a sales professional at a Chrysler dealership. I made the mistake of purchasing a vehicle from these hacks who have absolutely no idea what customer service means.Granted, I went into this dealer with basically 0 credit history. Being someone who works closely with finance, I already knew, and disclosed that information prior to even coming in.Keep in mind, I live just under 2 hours away.Either way, I made the journey. With $3,000 cash down on a low mile vehicle that was already under $10,000 I knew I would get approved.The dealer ran my credit, and told me to "get off the lot" because I had no credit. Needless to say, at least one of the finance managers has a brain in their head, as he looked at the deal and said "I can get this done" and he did. Well, halfway home they decided to give me a buzz and say "hey we are closing in a few minutes but you are approved" gee, thanks.Normally I wouldn't have went back but the car I was purchasing is an extremely hard find in the condition it was in, so I went up the next day and took the car home.Now, a month later and spitting distance of my temp tag expiring, I await my tag. Nobody knows anything about it, so now the car has to sit for another month because I can't illegally drive it, although I should because every fine would be sent back to this glorious business.Thanks team Toyota glen mills! You guys suck

We have driven nothing but Toyota's since 1987! Starting with a Camry wagon, 2 4runners an Avalon, 5 Landcruisers, 4 Camry's , a RAV4 and 2 Highlanders! The last 4 from Team Toyota. We would never buy again from Newark Toyota, nor Price, having experienced shady transactions at Newark, in both there sales and service, and slow service dept. at Price. Newark and Price are owned by same person... We would never buy again from either. Lauren Pierce at Team Toyota is the best! She doesn't just sell used cars! We liked her so much from purchasing a used RAV4 and Landcruiser from her, we were able to buy new Camry and Highlander as well! She's the best!

I went to Team Toyota initially because they were offering a $50 Amazon gift card if you test drove a car. I gave a salesperson my information and then she ignored me to help another customer who came in after me. She eventually went to an office with the offer I had printed and my license. She returned and told me I'd receive the gift card via email. I figured someone else would talk to me about the car I was interested in. No one said a word to me for twenty minutes. Finally I asked the receptionist when I could expect to be helped. The initial woman came back and told me I could just have the gift card and I didn't need to actually test drive a car. I certainly won't be buying a car from Team Toyota! Additionally, I gave them a printed offer saying I'd receive a $50 gift card and they sent me one for $25. I certainly don't appreciate the horrible customer service, let alone the bait-and-switch. I had a great experience at Carousel Hyundai though if anyone is car shopping in the area.

I must say as happy as i was with the ease of purchase disappointed in something. How is it other dealerships offer free and or discounted first inspections on new vehicles and you cannot? Waiving the state inspection price isnt much of a discount considering it would still be $60! I cant get state/emissions for under $40. I was hoping to have a single stop when it came to my 5k service and inspection. Well thats out the window now that i have to take my vehicle elsewhere for inspection. I will be looking to another dealership to handle my Toyota Care from here on out.

We started to use the service center here about a year ago. It's been a culmination of misinformation, not doing diligence and not recommending the same thing twice. Communication is poor. I have never in my life dealt with a car company as poor and half assed as this place. Rick the manager is a poor excuse for a manager. I test drove a car and was in the middle of negotiations and finally came upon a number and agreement and my husband initialed the paper and the car was sold out from under me. How can you have excellent customer service when you treat a customer who is going to buy a car like complete trash. I would never suggest anyone to buy from this lowclass Toyota. I have never been treated as poorly as I have while trying to spend thousands of dollars. The better business bureau already has a message in to them, and yelp will have their review next, and Monday morning the corporate office of Toyota will have their call about the slime ball manager Rick. You are a disgrace, and zero stars is not negative enough. Please whoever sees this review, share it with your friends so they don't get scammed too!!
