The sales staff that we worked with at Carousel Toyota created a very low stress and simple car buying experience for us. They seemed very upfront and honest about pricing and were genuinely friendly and not at all pushy. We feel that we got a great vehicle at a fair price. They do the service the manual recommends and don't try to load you up with a ot of service extras The loaner program makes it very convenient since they are several miles from my home and it eliminates having to make two trips to drop off and pick the car up.

I walked in to make a appointment for my oil change and they were able to take care of it right away. The mechanic at the reception desk had just finished with someone else and said, "if you have the time I can do it right now so that you do not have to come back later." Wow, that is service!

Any problems I have, are always taken care of immediately. When I first purchased this car I had brake trouble shortly after purchasing, but Carousel replaced the brakes with no problems. These new brakes change my whole driving experience.

I was leaving my office for the evening, when I went to start my car. Although the car  never turned over, all of the lights on the dash were lit and I couldn't figure out what was happening.

As it turned out, the battery in my '09 Venza blew up and there was battery acid all over the engine compartment, along with a terrible smell and smoke coming from the positive cable on the battery. The acid had eaten right through the cable!

I called the dealership and they had a prompt for emergency service and so I pressed the option #, and Mike Stover answered the phone. After I explained the situation and that I would not be able to drive the car home, he gave me the number for their tow service, whom I called, and had the car towed directly to the dealership.

I received a call the next morning that my car was ready for pick-up. I never encountered an experience like that before and am so glad that the dealership had a prompt for emergencies and that I was able to get the guidance from Mike.

My family and I had the best possible experience dealing with Dave Castor at Carousel Toyota. After going to several dealerships in VA, MD, DE, NJ, and PA, Carousel Toyota was by far the best.

Dave bent over backwards to make our experience the best possible one. The car was accurately described online and it was in great condition when we went to look at it. Other dealerships tried to bully me into buying their cars, which were not in as good condition, but Carousel was nothing but supportive of my extensive research process.

The purchase itself was fast and pain free. Dave made sure that the car was detailed and perfect sitting right out front when we came to pick it up. We used to buy all of our Toyota's in a dealership in DE, now we do not want to go anywhere or deal with anyone other than Dave Castor at Carousel Toyota.
